研究经验
已经从事人因工程(Human Factors), 人机交互, 系统与产品设计的研究工作十多年。 包括基于人类神经机制的行为和生理指标的计算模型建模,并将这些计算模型应用于智能系统与产品设计。同时, 也主持过多个人机交互系统/产品设计的实验研究,并熟悉北美与中国人因工程学系统与产品设计标准, 及相关汽车/交通安全设计标准。
目前在发表33 篇论文,其中包括17 篇期刊论文(含10篇人因工程和心理学领域国际著名学术期刊论文)和16 篇国际会议论文。 SCI/EI收录情况: 9篇SCI论文 (其中第一作者7篇) 和6篇EI论文 (其中第一作者5篇, 会议论文5篇)。
曾经为国际与中国企业做过相关人因工程与系统/产品设计研究和咨询, 包括美国联邦航空管理局(FAA), 英特尔(Intel), 美国霍尼维尔公司(Honeywell), 联想 (Lenovo) 等。
指导学生与教授核心课程
目前指导博士生6人和硕士生1名(已毕业硕士1名), 并在美国著名大学为近300名研究生和本科生主讲过:
- 人机交互与人机系统设计
- 实验设计
- 认知建模
- 人类信息处理与工程心理学
- 离散系统仿真实验
在中国科学院, 吴昌旭也给50多名研究生教授过人机交互与人机系统/产品设计课程。
专业活动, 项目与获奖
目前担任多个人因与人机交互学术领域主要学学术期刊的特约评审人,包括 Applied Ergonomics, Injury Prevention, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (Part A), and IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems。 多个项目基金评委,包括荷兰科学基金评委, UB2020基金评委。 在2005年美国人因与工效学年会上担任“Human Performance Modeling(人类行为建模)”分会副主席。
获得并主持UB2020 交叉学科研究发展基金资助项目一项, 获得并主持密歇根大学交通研究院(UMTRI)博士研究计划项目一项, 美国联邦航空管理局(FAA)人因工程学专家组成员资助, 美国国家自然科学基金(NSF)会议旅行资助。
在纽约州立大学获得UUP专业发展奖, 在密歇根大学获得美国工程教育优秀教学奖, 优秀学生导师提名奖, 在国内学习期间也获得过多项优秀奖学金, 包括浙江省优秀毕业生, 浙江大学优秀毕业生, 光华奖学金, 中科院地奥奖学金,香港董氏奖学金等。
